For many centuries, the Tibetans had lived within their country, practicing their religion and following their traditional accustoms. In 1950, the Chinese realized that they could use this small, peaceful country as a token or key to control Asia. Through their ambition to control the destroyed the Tibetans lives. Through all their suffering, the Tibetans have never been mad at the Chinese but for their actions. All they ask for is that they could continue their old practices and old ways of life.
